You can sign your children up for a program online or in person. Your child will need their own individual library card to register. The requested PIN number is typically the last four digits of the phone number associated with the card.  A credit card is required for online registration that are fee based programs.

If your email is linked to your library account, you should receive a confirmation. Check your spam folders for verify@evancedsolutions.com and click on the link provided to update your notification preference. Otherwise, please call the library to confirm your registration (905-875-2665). Space is filled on a “first come first served basis”

No, each child is required to register with their own individual library card.

Paid programs require a minimum of 72 hours notice, in advance of the registered program, to receive a refund. Please note that you must speak to a staff member directly, either in person or over the phone. It is not sufficient to cancel online.

If all the children meet the age requirements noted for each program that is fine.  Age limits are stipulated for a reason, sometimes
by the third parties/entertainment we have hired to run the program, and we will not make exceptions.

Milton Public Library reserves the right to remove children from registered programs if they are outside the noted age limit.

Milton Public Library has a “Child Safety Policy” which states that a parent, guardian, or caregiver of children up to age 10, is expected to remain in the library building and immediately join the child at the end of the program.
