As one of the fastest growing municipalities in North America, we’re embarking on a transformative journey with the Service Delivery and Organizational Review Project, a step towards aligning our services with the dynamic needs of our community.

In our continuous effort to serve you better, this project, spearheaded by the esteemed Forum Research and TCI Consulting, aims to enhance our operational and strategic effectiveness. We’re not just looking at the now but paving the way for a future that embraces change and innovation.

  2. Organizational Review: A thorough examination of our processes and staffing, to recommend a structure that’s agile and responsive to your needs.
  3. Community Engagement: This is where you come in! Your voice will help shape our offerings, understand your needs, and measure our impact in the community.

The Journey Ahead

This strategic review, set to be presented to our Board in April 2024, is a comprehensive undertaking. From environmental scans to program assessments, we’re covering all bases. We’re starting with a staff survey in December, followed by an invitation to you, our community, for broader consultation in January.
