A Supportive Space for Reflection, Prayer, and Calm

Milton Public Library is committed to creating inclusive and welcoming spaces for all. As part of this commitment, we are introducing Multi-Faith and Quiet Spaces across all three of our branches to support the well-being of our community.

Purpose of the Space

These spaces are designed to accommodate a range of quiet activities including:

  • Prayer
  • Meditation
  • Reflection

Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm, a quiet area for faith-based practices, or a low-stimulation environment, MPL strives to provide respectful and accessible spaces for everyone including those with neurodiverse needs.

Please note: While we aim to keep these spaces available, they may vary by location and availability. We encourage patrons to speak with staff during their visit for guidance.
