Getting Started with BrainFuse

Students from kindergarten to Grade 12 can get help from live tutors, get homework help, and take practice tests. Career coaching, ESL tutoring and Canadian citizenship study materials are available for adults. 

What services are offered: 

  • Live Tutoring: Live tutors are available daily from 2:00pm to 11:00 pm. Sessions can be saved and replayed for later.  
  • Skills-Building: Our skills building service helps you master an academic concept through expert tutoring and standards aligned online lessons, Brainfuse Skills Building has been designed for a variety of age groups and academic needs. 
  • 24/7 Help Center: Submit a question and a tutor will provide you with a response (usually within 24 hours). 
  • Foreign Language Lab: Students can expand their language skills with live tutors, games, quizzes, flashcards, and pronunciation guides. Currently limited to French and Spanish.  
  • Our Foreign Language Center provides expert assistance and support for students who are learning a foreign language. Expert tutoring is currently offered for Spanish, and a host of helpful online resources for learning other languages is forthcoming. 
  • Intensive Writing Lab: Submit your paper and receive detailed feedback within 24 hours of submission. 

How to Access

  • Brainfuse can be accessed from any computer or mobile device through a web browser, or through the mobile apps for iOS and Android . 
    • Enter your library card number and PIN, then click “Log In” to continue.
